This part gets fun. So, what do you love?

Dancing? Watching people? The beach? Great, how about dancing lessons on the beach at sunset with lots of people there to watch?

Do you like bike riding? Love your dogs? Enjoy farmers' markets? How about cycling to the farmers market with your dog to do your shopping?

Are you starting to see where we're going with this?

There are no limits on what constitutes exercise! BE ACTIVE and do the things you love!

Some movement is better than none.

Here are some ideas for more unconventional forms of exercise...

Kayaking,
Boxing,
Kick Boxing,
Karate,
Self Defense,
or Paddle boarding.

Just jump in and swim!

Samba,
Ballet,
Line Dancing,
or Tango.

Just dance,twirl, and dip!

Join a swim team,
a softball team,
or a rodeo team.

Just join!

Help an elderly neighbor with their yard work,
paint your house,
walk to the Home Depot,
or cycle in your neighborhood.

Do something constructive and take the time to get to know your neighbors!

Unicycle,
tandem cycle,
snorkel,
dive,
hike,
climb mountains,
or swim in rivers.

Breath in all life has to offer as you try out new ideas and enjoy being in your body!

*Most* important though,

LAUGH!

LOVE YOURSELF!

BE THANKFUL FOR YOUR GIFTS!

AND BE GRATEFUL FOR THE AMAZING VESSEL
