Sweet Potato Fries and Chips

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20-30 Minutes
Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

3-4 Medium sized Sweet Potatoes
Canola Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Dried Basil
Dried Oregano
Other Dried Favorite Spices

Method:

Preheat oven to 425

1.Scrub Potatoes and cut into wedges for fries or thinly slice for chips.

2. Lightly coat Potatoes with oil and toss with herbs.

3. Place on baking sheet (spread out so they don't stick)

4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done.

Note: If making chips watch carefully so they do not burn

The oven is the same temp for making Kale chips so why not make them both at the same time?
