Juices and smoothies.

Tips:

Chew your juice! This helps the digestive system start up.

Basics in juicing are keep veggies and greens together and fruits together, don't mix the two,it can taste fowl. Two items that do cross over well are carrots and ginger.

Some ingredients are more potent than other. If something is too strong for your taste- juice it as the last ingredient.

Alternating greens, roots and fruits thought the juicing process helps keep the juicer from clogging up.

If blending remember to add ice to keep the juice from heating up.

The following are juices I enjoy.

1st thing in the morning I juice 1 lemon and chug it with a water back.- Great start for the day

3-4 carrots, 6 leaves of spinach, handful of wheatgrass, 1/4" ginger.

1 apple, 1 pear, dash of cinnamon.

1 apple, 1 orange, dash of nutmeg.

3-4 carrots, 1 apple, 1/4" Ginger.

1 tomato, small handful of broccoli, handful wheatgrass, 1/4" ginger or garlic clove.

1 beet, 1 carrot, 1 apple.

2 stalks celery, 3-4 carrots, handful parsley, garlic clove or 1/4" ginger.

Of course I encourage you to play around with your food and try combinations that excite you.

Mix it up often, and make sure it's fresh.
