Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts 
                           
                          Prep Time: 10 minutes
                           Yield: 4 servings
                           Ingredients: 
                           2 Cups Brussel Sprouts, halved and outer leaves removed.
                            4 TBS Sunflower or canola oil.
                            4TBS Balsamic Vinegar
                            Corse ground Sea Salt
                            Fresh ground Pepper
                          
                          Directions: 
                          1. Preheat oven to 425
                          2. Place Brussel sprouts on baking sheet.
                          3. drizzle with oil and vinegar.
                          4. Salt and pepper to taste.
                          5. Roast in oven for 20 minutes.
                          
                          Serve hot.
